PRAYER: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the files relating to the impugned orders made in proceeding order No.7892/C2/2018-2 dated 26.05.2020, passed by the 2nd respondent and impugned order dated 25.06.2020 passed by the 3rd respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the Respondents 1 to 3 to re-fix the Pay Scale of the Petitioner in Pay Band 4 in Rs.37400-67000 with AGP Rs.9000 and Rs.10000/- with effect from 01.01.2009 and 11.01.2013 and to pay the arrears scale of pay to the Petitioner within a time frame as fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
