2. When the matter was taken up today for hearing, there was no representation for the applicants/defendants.
3. Mr.K.Sathiyamurthi, learned counsel submitted that vakalath filed by him on behalf of the respondents/plaintiffs has been returned by the Registry on 17.10.2023.
4. On perusal of the records, it is seen that the written statement filed by the defendants vide SR No.5587 dated 12.02.2019 had already been taken on file. Based on the pleadings of either party, appropriate issues have been framed and plaintiffs' side evidence was closed with the examination of P.W.1 and it is pending for the examination of defendants' side witness. kmk this court by order, the learned Additional Master-III had directed the matter to be listed before this court.
