This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to bring on record the petitioners 2 to 4 herein/L.R.'s of the deceased 1st petitioner Parvathi as Petitioners 2 to 4 in the above C.R.P.No.415 of 2022.

2. Heard Mr.J.Ramakrishnan, learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Mr.M.Murali, learned Government Advocate for respondents 2 to 5 and Mr.S.Mayilnathan, learned counsel for the 1st respondent would submit that they have no objection in allowing this petition.

4. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and also taking into consideration that the learned counsel for the respective respondents have no objection in allowing this petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for.
