Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India,

to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to conduct the enquiry based on his representation dated 12.02.2018 and restore the revenue records in No.21/1, Thirukkulammedu Street, Sholinger Village, Walajah Taluk, Vellore District bearing Survey No.799/1 measuring an extent of 0.11.0 acres as the "Dharma Thoppu Tharkaala Dharmakartha" and delete the wrong entry in the name of Dharmathoppu C. Sunnatha Jamath.

ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner furnished the enquiry call letter issued by the District Revenue Officer, Ranipet dated 20.11.2023 since the enquiry has already been commenced, the District Revenue Officer shall proceed with the enquiry by following the proceedings as contemplated.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the 5th respondent made a

submission that this Writ petition has been filed based on certain false informations. May it as indeed, the parties shall appear before the District Revenue Officer for conducting enquiry. The District Revenue Officer shall provide opportunity to the parties to defend their case.

3. With this observation, this Writ petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs.
