W.M.P.No.14091 of 2024 and W.P.No.2304 of 2023 N.SATHISH KUMAR.J., This miscellaneous petition has been filed by one Mrs.S.Dhanalakshmi seeking to implead her as 4th respondent in the writ petition. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the miscellaneous petition and more particularly, the 3rd respondent was a party to the civil proceedings initiated by the petitioner herein in O.S.NO.786 of 2008 on the file of the II Additional District Munisf, Puducherry which ended in dismissal by a judgement and decree dated 15.12.2017 and the appeal preferred by the petitioner in A.S.No.20 of 2019 has also been dismissed, this court of the view that the petitioner is a necessary party to the writ proceedings. In the result, the miscellaneous petition is allowed and the petitioner is impleaded as a party respondent in the writ petition.
