This application has been filed seeking an order of injunction restraining the respondents from selling, alienating or in any way dealing with the assets of the applicant, pending disposal of the suit.

2. From the records, it is seen that only notice was ordered in this application and no interim order was granted. Hence, this application is closed for the present, with liberty to the applicant to take out a fresh application, if need arises.
