This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to complete the investigation and to file a final report in the case pending investigation on the file of the F4, Thousand Lights Police Station, Cr.No.604/2013 as per the direction passed by this court in Crl.OP.No.4683 of 2020 dated 09.03.2020.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and twelve weeks time is extended to file a final report in the case pending investigation on the file of the F4, Thousand Lights Police Station, Cr.No.604/2013 as ordered by this Court, from the date on which, the order copy is made ready.
