Government of Utta Pradesh and others 2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC) and to proceed further in accordance with law.

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register a case on the basis of the complaint dated 27.07.2015 lodged by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that two groups are claiming ownership of property in question and that, a case in crime No.478 of 2015 under Sections 145 Cr.P.C has been registered and proceedings have been initiated by the RDO, Thiruvannamalai.

Under such circumstances, no positive direction can be issued to the respondent police to register the case. Hence, the criminal original petition is closed.
