This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to file a Final Report in the F.I.R.No.450 of 2018 on the file of the Respondent Police.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation was conducted by the respondent police in a case and counter and both the FIRs have now resulted in the filing of the final report and they are pending in CC No.144 of 2021 before the learned Judicial Additional Mahila Court, Salem and CC No.440 of 2018 before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Salem.
