O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the parties have amicably settled the matter and both of them are living together. He has also filed a memo stating the above facts and had sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition with liberty to file a fresh petition in any changed circumstances in future. 2.The learned counsel for the respondent also submitted that the parties are living together and he will withdraw H.M.O.P.No.124 of 2017 pending on the file of the Family Court, Villupuram in the next date of hearing.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondent and perused the materials available on record. 4.Recording the memo filed and the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
