Prayer: Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 1st Respondent University in No. TNTEU / R / Affiliation / 2021 / 814 dated 17.06.2021 received on 19.06.2021 by e-mail quash the same and consequently direct the 1st Respondent University to permit the petitioner college to upload the list of students admitted along with documents / certificate for verification and registration of the students admitted in B.Ed programme for the academic year 2020-2021 enabling them to writ their examination periodically and complete their course and pass orders on the application of continuation of provisional affiliation to the petitioner college for the academic year 2020- 2021 to 2022-23 for offering B.Ed.
