O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the Order dated 22.03.2019 in R.C.A.No.4 of 2017 passed by the learned Subordinate Judge at Ponneri, confirming the fair and decreetal order dated 29.09.2016 in R.C.O.P.No.24 of 2012 passed by the learned District Munsif Court at Thiruvettiyur, Chennai.

2. By passage of time, the parties have decided to bury their hatchet and compromise the dispute amicably among themselves. In this regard a Memorandum of Compromise dated 07.07.2022 has been filed before this Court which has been signed by the petitioner and the respondent as well as by their respective counsels.

3. The respondent also appeared before this Court and received a Demand Draft dated 01.07.2022 from the learned counsel for the petitioner for a sum of Rs.2,00,000/-(Rupees two lakhs only) and agreed to vacate the premises on or before 06.10.2022.

4. In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of in terms of Memorandum of Compromise. The said Memorandum of Compromise dated 07.07.2022 shall form part and parcel of this decree. No costs.
