2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that some mistakes have crept into the paragraph No.8 (e) of the order passed by this Court vide order dated 16.08.2023. Accordingly, he prays for appropriate orders.

3. In view of the above submissions so made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the paragraph No.8(e) of the order dated 16.08.2023 is to be read as follows:

"8.(e). On breach of any of the aforesaid conditions, the learned Magistrate/Trial Court is entitled to take appropriate action against the second and third petitioners in accordance with law as if the conditions have been imposed and the second and third petitioners released on bail by the learned Magistrate/Trial Court himself as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in P.K.Shaji Vs. State of Kerala [(2005) AIR SCW 5560]"
