The above petition is filed to accept the cause title of the Judgement passed in W.P.No.31568 of 2015 dated 14.09.2017 by way of the Principal Secretary at Government, School Education Department, Fort St.George, Chennai - 9.

2. In view of the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the petition, the petition stands allowed.
