Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that nothing survives for adjudication in both the writ petitions. Since, subsequent committee has been appointed, the matters have become infructuous and both the counsel have made an endorsement to that effect.

2.Recording the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, both the Writ Petitions are closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
