A.No.2529 of 2021 in O.P.No.470 of 2021 A.No.2529 of 2021 in O.P.No.470 of 2021 V.PARTHIBAN.,J This Application has been filed for grant of interim custody of the minor girl Irin Juliet born on 20.03.2012, to the petitioners pending disposal of the main original petition.

2.The learned counsel for the applicants would submit that the minor girl Irin Juliet is in the custody of the respondent father. They would submit that the respondent father had not taken care of the minor girl after the death of the minor girl's mother, stating that he is not the biological father of the minor girl. Suddenly, he has taken away the minor girl forcibly and he refused to hand over the physical custody of the minor girl, despite repeated request of the applicants. Further, they state that the respondent is not in a position to take care of the minor girl. Hence, they have come up with this Application seeking interim custody of the minor girl. 3.Despite notice being ordered and service being completed and also the name of the respondent being printed in the cause list, the respondent has not chosen to appear before this Court either in person or through counsel. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis/
