This Writ Petition has been filed for challenging the notice issued by the respondent directing the petitioner to produce the evidence in respect of the driving school being run by the petitioner.

2. It is only a notice issued by the authorities directing the petitioner to produce the materials for the proof of the place, wherein he is running the driving school. Hence, if at all, the petitioner has sufficient material to show that he is running the driving school in the place, where the premises is situated, it is always open to the petitioner to approach the authority and produce the materials to establish his case. Inspite of that, he cannot file the Writ Petition. Hence, there is no merit in the Writ Petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the above, the present Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Writ Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
