ORDER

This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C., against the order dated 24.06.2011 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court No.II, Ranipet, Vellore District, in C.A.No.3 of 2010 confirming the conviction and sentence imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Walajapet, Vellore District, in C.C.No.194 of 2005, dated 29.04.2009.

2. The learned counsel on either side submitted that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties as against the complained amount of Rs.4,50,000/-. Settlement has been arrived for Rs.3,00,000/- and out of which, Rs.2,00,000/- has been paid by the petitioner/accused before this Court to the respondent/complainant. It is also represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that at the time of admission of above Crl.R.C.No.315 of 2012, a conditional order of bail has been granted on payment of Rs.1,00,000/- and the said amount has been deposited by the petitioner herein before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Walajapet, and the same is standing to the credit of the criminal Court therein. Hence, the respondent

herein, who is the complainant before the trial Court is permitted to withdraw the deposited amount of Rs.1,00,000/- after receipt of the order copy from the Magistrate Court.

3. With the above observation, this Criminal Revision Case stands disposed of.
