Heard Mr.S.Udhayakumar, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr.J.Purushothaman, Learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondent and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

2.This Writ Petition has been filed by the Petitioner for a direction to the Respondent to consider the petition dated 03.08.2015 filed by the Petitioner to issue patta in the name of all the legal heirs, viz., .Janaki, Amirtham, Sarojadevi, Petchiamma, Shanthi, Subbulakshmi, Gunamathi, Shanmugam in respect of property measuring 11 cents in S. No. 17/1A, Ayyanchery Village, Urapakkam, Kanchipuram District. 3.It is represented by the Learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondent, on instructions, that action has been taken on the aforesaid petition dated 03.08.2015 filed by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the Petitioner, and on inspection, it has been found that entries have been made in the revenue records relating to the ownership of the land in the following names:- Extent in Hectar es Survey Number Details S.

In view of the aforesaid submissions made on behalf of the Respondent, nothing survives for further consideration in the matter and it is open to the Petitioner to file a suit before the jurisdictional Civil Court impleading all necessary parties to establish his ownership of the property and for other incidental and ancillary reliefs. It is needless to add here that depending upon the ultimate outcome of the same, the Petitioner could take further action in the matter for issuance of patta for the property.

The Writ Petition stands disposed recording the aforesaid subsequent developments. Connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
