(CR.NO.09/2018) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in Criminal Appeal Case No.340/2021 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner/appellant in pursuance to the Judgment and conviction Judgment and conviction dated 30.03.2021 made in Spl.CC.No.35 of 2019 on the file of the Special court for Exclusive trial of cases under POCSO Act, Coimbatore pending disposal of the Criminal Appeal Case No.340/2021 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the Memorandum of Grounds in Criminal Appeal Case No.340/2021 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of MR.B.R.SHANKARALINGAM Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.

MUNIYAPPARAJ, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH,J) When this Court was about to dismiss this criminal miscellaneous petition on merits, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal miscellaneous petition.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
