This petition has been filed seeking permission of this Court for taking substitute service by way of paper publication in any vernacular Daily in Tamil.

Heard Mr.Chockalingam SP, learned counsel for the petitioner.

Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and the petitioner is permitted to take paper publication in a Tamil Daily called "Makkal Kural", by giving the date of hearing after two weeks and after completion of the publication, proof of the same shall be filed before this Court.

Post the matter after three weeks.
