2. Notice has been duly served in this application on the respondents and the respondents are also represented by a learned counsel. The respondents have been duly served, as seen from the affidavit of service filed in this application. The applicant came to know about the passing of the final award dated 01.07.2024 only in the month of October, 2024 and therefore, the applicants have stated that they were able to contact their lawyer only thereafter.
