This application has been filed seeking to dispense with the production of certified copy of the final award dated 01.07.2024 passed by the sole arbitrator.
2. This Court is prima facie satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit filed in support of this application, as sufficient cause has been shown by the applicants for dispensing with the production of the certified copy of the final award dated 01.07.2024.
3. Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for. However, liberty is granted to the respondent to raise all objections whenever the respondent enters appearance with regard to the limitation. No costs.
4. Registry is directed to number the main OP filed under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, if the same is otherwise in order, and list it for admission.
