ORDER

Challenging the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.5846/B5/2012, dated 06.03.2012 issued by the 1st respondent cancelling the promotion given to the petitioner earlier by order dated 19.09.2011, the petitioner is now before this court.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this court to withdraw the writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. Permission is accordingly granted.
