ORDER

This petition has been filed to issue a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 not to harass the petitioner by evicting them forcibly without due process of law.

2. The petitioners had filed this petition seeking direction of protection from the harassment of the respondents 1 and 2. On the complaint given by one Priya, who is attempting to evict the petitioners forcibly, the respondents are harassing the petitioners.

3. The leaned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that on the complaint of one Priya, CSR was assigned in CSR.No.380 of 2020. Thereafter, the CSR was closed on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

22.07.2020 and hence, the petitioner is not required for any enquiry.

4. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
