2. Captioned CMP has been filed with a simple prayer for dispensing with production of certified copies of judgment and decree dated 15.04.2024 in (T)CMA (PT) No.19 of 2023 (OA/1/2021/PT/CHN).

Learned counsel adverting to Paragraph 12 of the support affidavit submits that certified copies of impugned judgment and decree are yet to be furnished though counsel has applied for the same and applications are pending is learned counsel's further say.
