This is an application for condonation of delay of 102 days in filing the appeal.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondent No.6, who opposes the application for condonation of delay.

We have gone through the reasons given in the application and the accompanying affidavit. The applicant appears to be an old lady aged more than 75 years.

For the reasons stated in the affidavit, the delay caused in filing the appeal is condoned. The application is allowed and disposed of.
