Prayer:- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to set aside the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Vellore, in CMP. No.5367 of 2007 dated 21.04.2008 and also direct the 1st respondent to delete the entry of birth of the daughter of the 3rd respondent which made on the strength of order of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Vellore. ORDER

This petition has been filed to set aside the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Vellore, in CMP. No.5367 of 2007 dated 21.04.2008 and also direct the 1st respondent to delete the entry of birth of the daughter of the 3rd respondent which made on the strength of order of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Vellore.
