By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner is the President of the Temple Festival Committee and he intends to conduct cultural program in connection with the temple festival on 30.05.2016 at Inamkiliyur Arulmighu Sri Iyyanar Koil, Valangaiman Taluk, Thiruvarur District and in this regard, submitted a representation to the respondent on 21.05.2016. Since no order has been passed, the petitioner has come forward to file this writ petition.

3. Heard the submissions of Mr.A.Sathish Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.Govindasamy, learned Special Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.

4. Though the petitioner prayed for a larger relief, this Court, in the light of the facts and circumstances, without going into the merits of the representation, directs https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the respondent to consider and dispose of the representation dated 21.05.2016 submitted by the petitioner, in accordance with law, on or before 29.05.2016 and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner.

5. The writ petition is disposed of, accordingly. No costs.
