Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 herein to cancel the Deed of Settlement dated 06.10.2023 and registered as Doc.No.8128 of 2023 on the file of the Sub-Registrar, Madukkarai executed by Mr.C.K.Murugan, the fourth respondent herein to an in favour of Mrs.Lokeshwari, the sixth respondent herein and the Agreement of Sale dated 06.10.2023 and registered as Doc. No.8136 of 2023 on the file of SubRegistrar, Madukkarai entered into between the sixth, seventh, eighth and ninth respondents herein which are fraudulent documents pursuant to the representations dated 16.10.2023 and 11.11.2023 given by the petitioners to the respondents 1 to 3.

ORDER

When the matter was taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought leave of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to file a civil suit. He also made an endorsement in the case bundle to that effect.

2. Recording the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to file a civil suit. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
