The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner made a submission that pursuant to the representation made by the petitioner, the Government issued GO(D) No.125, Labour and Employment, dated 31.03.2015 and accordingly, the Labour Court also conducted an enquiry in ID.No.7 of 2015 and award was also passed.

2. Thus, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken in this writ petitioner and stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
