This revision arises against the order of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate II, Egmore, Chennai, passed in M.P.No.280 of 2015 on 06.11.2015.
2. The petitioner filed a petition in M.P.No.280 of 2015 on the file of II Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore seeking condonation of delay in filing the complaint. The trial Court, satisfied with the reasons assigned therein, allowed the said petition. Thereagainst, this revision.
