2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that on a complaint dated 28.09.2015 given by the petitioner, the respondent police have registered a case in Crime No.969 of 2015 under Sections 365, 323, 384 & 506(i) I.P.C.
