Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, seeking for an issuance of writ of certiorari, to call for the impugned notice passed by the 4th respondent dated 04.03.2025 vide Notice No.01/25/Vallam Panchayat and quash the same.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The notice of inspection dated 04.03.2025 stating that the Authorities will conduct inspection of the subject building on 11.03.2025 between the hours of 11.00 A.M. is under challenge in the present writ petition. The learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that the respondents are initiating action to lock and seal the premises. Therefore, the present writ petition is filed. Pertinently, the action was initiated pursuant to the order of this Court dated 18.02.2025 in W.P.No.25459 of 2024. This Court has passed an
order stating that actions are to be initiated, if residential plots have been converted as commercial or industrial usage.
In the present case, the Authorities found that the subject building is utilized for industrial purposes. Thus action has been initiated. Pertinently, the impugned notice was issued on 04.03.2025 and the inspection itself was conducted on 11.03.2025 and therefore, the impugned Form-II Notice lost its relevance and all further actions are also initiated in respect of the illegality identified.

That being so, the petitioner has not established any cause for entertaining the writ petition and consequently, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed. [S.M.S,J.] [K.R.S,J.] 07.04.2025 veda Index:Yes/No Speaking order/Non-speaking order
