O R D E R

This petition is filed to withdraw I.D.O.P.No.137 of 2013 pending on the file of the District Court, Thiruvallur and transfer the same to the file of the Principal Family Court, Chennai.

2.When this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and respondent submitted that they have no objection to transfer I.D.O.P.No.137 of 2013 pending on the file of the District Court, Thiruvallur to the file of the III Additional District Court, Thiruvallur at Poonamallee and they have also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.Recording the submission and endorsement made by both the learned counsel for the petitioner and respondent, without deciding the issue on merits, the petition in I.D.O.P.No.137 of 2013 is ordered to be withdrawn from the file of the District Court, Thiruvallur and transferred to the file of the III Additional District Court, Thiruvallur at Poonamallee. The learned Judge, District Court, Thiruvallur is directed to transmit all the records pertaining to I.D.O.P.No.137 of 2013 to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the file of the III Additional District Court, Thiruvallur at Poonamallee within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
