This writ petition has been filed, directing the respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders, on the representation of the petitioner association, dated 19.2.2013. 3.The learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the respondent had submitted that the members of the petitioner association had been in illegal occupation of the Vegetable Market, at Tiruppattur, coming under the jurisdiction of Tiruppattur Municipality, Vellore District. He had further submitted that no shops could be allotted to the members of the petitioner association, unless they are successful in the public auction. In support of his submission, he had also placed, before this Court, a copy of the order of this Court, dated 3.9.2014, made in W.P.No.9294 of 2013.

A perusal of the said order reveals that, while disposing of the said writ petition, the fourth respondent therein and the respondent herein, namely, The Commissioner, Thiruppathur Municipality, Thiruppathur, Vellore District, was directed to permit the members of the Petitioner Association to take part https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

in the public auction to be conducted by the Thiruppathur Municipality, with regard to the allotment of a shop, for vending vegetables in the market in question.

5. In view of the said order passed by this Court, dated 3.9.2014, in W.P.No.9294 of 2013, this Court is of the view that no further orders are necessary, in the present writ petition.
