ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.16966 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.24079 of 2024 dated 03.12.2024 Page No.1 of 4

that the petitioners shall appear before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Cuddalore on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(a) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.24079 of 2024 dated 03.10.2024 and subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.No.16966 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.24079 of 2024 dated 03.12.2024 is relaxed.
