Claiming to be the owner of the property in pursuant to the sale deed dated 21.09.1999 and Patta No.1263, the petitioner made a request for measurement by way of his representations dated 10.06.2015 and 27.07.2015. On non-consideration of the same, the present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to dispose of the said representations.

2. Considering the limited prayer of the petitioner, this Court directs the respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representations dated 10.06.2015 and 27.07.2015 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
