Prayer: Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records of the 2nd respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.6413/D1/2023 dated 19.04.2023 and to quash the same as being illegal and unsustainable in law to the limited extent that does not specify that only those possessing a pass in TET are to be called for promotion counselling to the post of Headmaster, Elementary School and for a consequential direction to the respondents to consider for promotion to the post of Headmaster, Elementary School only those having a pass in TET.
