Respondents Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to permit the students (list of students annexed) admitted in the academic year 2011-2012 to take their second professional examination in the ensuing examination scheduled to commence on 2.2.2015 or any other date and to take the results thereof.

ORDER
Mr.P.Godson Swaminath, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, would submit that in the light of the order dated 29.1.2016, passed in M.P.No.2 of 2015, the concerned students have also undergone the supplementary examination and the results are awaited and as and when the papers are valued, the results of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the same may be declared so as to be enable the concerned students to work out their further remedy and would further add that in the light of the said development, the writ petition may be closed with the above said liberty.
2.The Court heard the submissions of Mr.V.Jayaprakash Narayanan, learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the first respondent, and Mr.Sanjai Ramasami, learned Standing Counsel, appearing for the second respondent, also. 3.In the light of the above said fact, the writ petition is closed and if the concerned students are aggrieved by any future acts of the respondents 1 and 2, they are always at liberty to work out their remedy in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
