This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners to stay at Trichy and report before the Inspector of Police, Palakarai Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m., and 05.30 p.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.6279 of 2023 dated 27.03.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the nature of offence committed by the petitioners, this Court directs the petitioners to appear before the Inspector of Police, Palakarai Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m., and 05.30 p.m., for a further period of one week till 05.05.2023 and thereafter, from 06.05.2023, the petitioners shall report before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
