Course at the petitioner's institution namely "Sri Angalamannan College of Education at Vadakadambadi Village, Thirukkazhukundram Taluk, Kanchipuram District" for the academic year 2013-14.

O R D E R
This writ petition is filed challenging the order rejecting the application seeking for recognition for M.Ed. Course for the academic year 2013-14.
2. Considering the fact that the said academic year is already over and that if at all the petitioner is interested in getting recognition for the said Course, they have to make a fresh application before the concerned authorities by complying with the conditions which are in force as on today, this Court is of the view that nothing survives in this writ petition to be adjudicated upon further. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous, however, with liberty to the petitioner to make a fresh application seeking for recognition in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
