This petition is filed to condone the delay of 877 days in filing the writ appeal.

Mr.K.Chandrasekaran, learned counsel takes notice for respondents 2 and 3.

3. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner/appellant and the learned Counsel for the respondents 2 and 3.

4. The learned Counsel appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 has got no serious objection for condoning the delay.

5. Upon hearing the submission made by the learned counsel on both sides and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned and the petition is allowed.

6. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission on 01.10.2021 along with W.A.No.2398 of 2021.

7. The learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant is directed to serve papers on the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 and 3.
