This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall stay at Vellore and appear before the Vellore Town Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders, imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.7170 of 2025 dated 12.03.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.7170 of 2025 dated 12.03.2025 is relaxed.
