Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the 1st Respondent bearing Na.Ka.733/2022/A3 dated 25.03.2022 and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st Respondent to reconsider the Appeal dated 16.02.2022 preferred by Petitioner in light of the Grounds set out therein after affording a personal hearing.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks for withdrawal of the writ petition. A letter dated 07.06.2022 has been submitted in the Registry with the aforesaid prayer. An endorsement is also made to that effect.

In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P.Nos.13105 and 13108 of 2022 are closed.
