ORDER

This Petition is filed seeking to modify the conditions imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.8346 of 2025 dated 21.03.2025 in Crime No.420 of 2024 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Kallakurichi Police Station, Kallakurichi & District.

2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was granted bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4708 of 2025 on 25.02.2025, on condition that the petitioner shall report before the Additional Superintendent of Police, CBI:STB, Chennai every day at 10.30 a.m, until further orders. Further, the petitioner was granted bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.NO.8346 of 2025 in connection with Crime No.420 of 2024, on the condition that the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Kallakurichi Police Station, Kallakurichi District at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Since the petitioner is unable to appear in two different police stations at the same time, he seeks for modification of the conditions imposed on the petitioner.

3.Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police on instructions submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed on him.

4.Heard both sides.

5.In view of the submissions made the learned counsel appearing on either side, the conditions imposed upon the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.8346 of 2025 dated 21.03.2025 is modified to the effect that he should appear before the respondent in that case as directed by this Court, after the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.4708 of 2025 on 25.02.2025 is relaxed, by any subsequent order of this Court.
