ORDER
This revision is filed by the petitioner/accused as against the order of dismissal passed by the Court below in dismissing the petition filed by him under Section 254(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Revision Case with liberty to file a petition under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would also submit that as against the order passed in the interlocutory application no revision would lie.

4. Having regard to the submissions made on either side, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to seek remedy before the appropriate forum. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
