O R D E R

The petition for eviction filed by the land lord in R.C.O.P.No. 2257 of 2013 was allowed by the Rent Controller. On appeal by the tenant, the said order was reversed and the R.C.O.P. was dismissed. Aggrieved over the same, the land lord has come up with this Civil Revision Petition. 2.The respondents are Husband and wife and they have filed separate affidavits, stating that they have decided to vacate the premises within a span of twelve months. They have also undertook to vacate the subject premises on or before 30.09.2021, on receiving the security deposit of Rs.30,000/- apart from paying the monthly rent. 3.Recording the said affidavits, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed. The order of the Appellate Authority is set aside and the order of the Original Authority is restored, the tenants will have time to vacate till 30.09.2021 as undertaken by them in their affidavit filed on 23.09.2020. No costs.
