O R D E R

When it is pointed out that the representation dated 28.03.2018 made to the Second Respondent by the Petitioner, who is occupying the property as tenant, amounts to denial of title of his landlord, who is the Fourth Respondent, which is estopped under Section 116 of the Indian Evidence Act, 1872, and the Second Respondent has filed Counter Affidavit dated 18.06.2018 confirming the title of the Fourth Respondent in respect of that property, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and he has made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded. 2.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
