By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
2.The petitioner would state that the vendor of the petitioner viz. P.Mallaiah, who was the owner of the land admeasuring to an extent of 1.87 acres in Survey Nos.502/1B, 502/1B1A, 502/1B2A, 502/1B2, 502/124 and 502/163 at Zuzuvadi Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District, approached this Court by filing W.P.No.22622 of 2010 praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus to consider his representation dated 14.6.2010, with regard to the alleged illegality perpetuated by the fourth respondent therein with the connivance of the official respondents therein, and this Court vide order dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
11.11.2013, has directed the respondents 1 to 3 therein to consider and dispose of the said representation in accordance with law, within a stipulated time frame.
3.The petitioner would further state that subsequently, he purchased the land admeasuring to an extent of 1,200 square feet comprised in Survey No.502/1B, Plot No.9, at Zuzuvadi Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District, by way of a registered sale deed dated 4.6.2009, from the wife of Mallaiah - the petitioner in W.P.No.22622/2010, and has also submitted a representation in the form of legal notice dated 24.11.2014, with regard to the notification for acquisition, and since no orders have been passed, came forward to file this writ petition.
4.Heard the submissions of the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.P.Sanjai Gandhi, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepted notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, and Mr.M.Perumal, learned Government Advocate, who accepted notice on behalf of the third respondent.
5.This Court, taking into consideration the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner, directs the second respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 24.11.2014, in accordance with law, after putting on notice, the fourth respondent, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner as well as to the fourth respondent.
